Supplies needed:
Paint Shop Pro
(I did this in X)
Supply folder (uploaded to rapidshare)
Animation Shop
Alien Skin Xenofex 2 – Constellation
Lokas – gel (optional)

Open a new transparent image 500 X 500 Pixels

Flood fill it with white.

Add a new raster layer, and flood fill it with red, I used #9a2f2f, now go to layer- Load/Save mask – Load mask from disk and select the GabeeValentine4 mask, and check the invert transparency box.

Now once you have applied the mask, select your magic wand tool and click on the inside of the layer, now add a new raster layer, and flood fill it  with the red that you just used, now go to selections – modify – contract by 8, now promote layer to selection, click on the layer just below, and press the delete key on your keyboard. And now select none. 

Now go to mask layer, and merge group.

Now make you top layer active, and resize the tube to 350 X 310 pixels, and paste it onto your canvas as a new layer.

Now copy the template Triple_frame_SAWK_SweetAngelsDesigns and paste it over to your canvas as a new layer, and move it over to the left side. And then move it below your tube layer.

Now copy the SAWK_SweetAngelsDesigns and place it as a new layer over on the right.

Now copy the SAWK_Hearts_SweetAngelsDesigns and place them on the right. Near the middle.

Now hide the mask layer, and the two layers above it. See example below:

Make the Triple frame layer active, and grab your magic wand tool, and click on the inside of the top box of the frame. Once you have marching ants on the inside of the frame, add a new raster layer, and flood fill it with white, now add another new raster layer, and select your clone brush, Make your tube layer active, and right click on the faces of the bears, the settings that I used for this was:

Size: 74
Hardness: 50
Step: 10
Density & Thickness: 100
Opacity: 0
Thickness: 100
Blend: normal

Now make the layer above the white one that you just flood filled active, and left click on the inside of the marching ants. Select none, and lower the opacity to around 76. Merge down. And move it below the triple frame layer.

Repeat this step(s) for the other 2 boxes.

Now hide the bottom 4 layers and merge visible. Now add your text. The font I used for the “Sealed With A Kiss” is included in the supply folder. The font that I used for my name is called Jackie O and it is a paid font by Rob, I can not include that one in the supply folder. I also used the lokas – gel plug in for the effect on my name, this is optional.

Now if you want to resize it do so at this time.

Make the outline layer active, this should be the third layer from the bottom, I have a screenshot of my layers below with the correct layer circled.

Flood fill it with white, and go to effects – alien skin Xenofex 2 – Constellation and use the settings below:

Now copy merged, and paste it as a new animation over in your Animation Shop.

Now back in PSP, click your undo button, and apply the Constellation effect again, but this time click on the random seed button 2 times, and copy merged and paste it over to AS “After current frame”

Once again, click your undo button, and apply the Constellation effect again, but this time click on the random seed button 2 times, and copy merged and paste it over to AS “After current frame”.

Now animate it, and save it and you are done!
