Red Oriental Tag
Supplies needed:
1. Open a new transparent canvas, 450 X450 Pixels 2. Open the tube and scrap kit, and duplicate them (Shift+D) and close out the original ones. 3. Now locate the Red background in the scrap kit, and copy it. 4. On your canvas, go to selections - select all, now with the marching ants running, paste into selection, select none. 5. Now locate the Pattern 1 Layer, and copy it, and then paste it onto your canvas as a new layer. 6. Now go to selections - select all – selections – float – selections – invert. And make your bottom layer active, promote selection to layer. Select none. 7. Now add your lokas gel effect and use the settings below. If you use a glass effect or an inner bevel you will need to “play” with the settings. The colors I used for the color and shadow were: #c00000 and the highlight was: #9b0000
8. Now copy the bar 1 layer from the scrap kit, and paste it onto your canvas as a new layer, and move it to the bottom. 9. Now find the “L” layer of the scrap kit, and copy it and then paste it onto your canvas as a new layer. And Place it up near the left corner of your frame, do this with the “O” ”V” ”E” as well. See my tag as an example. 10. Now copy your tube and paste it as a new layer, and place it near the bottom, but just above the bar that we placed earlier. And bring it so it is below the “LOVE” layers. 11. Now copy the Fan 2 layer of the scrap kit, and paste it as a new layer, and place it in the bottom right corner and just below the bar that is on the bottom. Now duplicate the fans, and go to image – flip. And move the duplicated layer to the upper right corner. 12. Add your watermark and text, merge all and then copy it and open up your Animation Shop, and paste it over there as a new animation .
ANIMATION SHOP
13. Now open the sparkle animation that is in the supply folder, and do you see that it has 8 frames? Well… we need to make our tag have the same amount of frames. If you are unfamiliar with the tool bar in Animation Shop, you can go to edit – duplicate selected, and repeat this step until you have a total of 8 frames. 14. Now make the sparkle animation active, and go to edit – select all – edit – copy. Then make your tag active, and go to edit – select all – edit – paste – into current frame. And place the stars right above her hand, and repeat this step and place the second set right above the first one. Now just animate it and save it and you are finished!
