Supplies needed:
PSP 9 or above
Eye Candy 5 Impact - Glass (optional)
Font - Fiddums Family
Tube of your choice
(With the primary colors of blue, pink or green)
Scrap Kit: Michael (click the link below to get it)
The scrap kit I used is from Scrap N Tag
(Thanks Carolyn for your wonderful kits!)

Open PSP and unzip your scrap kit.
Using your dropper tool select a light and a dark color from your tube.

1. Now depending on the colors of your tube select one of the papers, it will either be:
SNT_Michael_Paper10, SNT_Michael_Paper11, or SNT_Michael_Paper12. Select the paper that goes with your tube the best, ad duplicate it (shift +D) ad close out the original one. Now resize it to 450 X 450.

 2. Now if you need to resize you tube so it will fit onto your canvas, do so now. (I resized mine so the height was 385 Pixels) Once your tube is the size that you want it Paste it onto your canvas.

 3. Now select the name plate that matches your bottom layer, and paste it onto your canvas as a new layer.  And move it to the middle top of your canvas. Now bring your tube layer above it.

 4. Make sure that the name plate layer is active and select your magic wand tool, and click on the inside of the name plate. Now go to selections ~ modify ~ expand by 12. Now add a new raster layer, and make sure that the new raster layer is below the name plate, and flood fill it with your lighter color. And select none.

 5. Now select your mover tool ad place your tube kinda in the middle. The placement of the tube all depends on the name that you are putting on the tag. Now activate the top layer on your layer pallet.

 6. Now select the Full size belt that matches the rest of your background and name plate, and resize it to W: 450 H: 46 and copy it. Now paste it onto your canvas as a new layer. Now go to Image ~ free rotate and rotate it 90 degrees to the left. And move it to the left hand side of the canvas. Now go to your layer pallet and duplicate it and then go to image ~ mirror. And this will place it on the right side as well.

 7. Now select your text tool and your font, and place the name onto your canvas. I added the class effect to mine. If you don’t have Eye Candy 5 you can use a simple inner bevel if you wish. The settings for the glass differ from font to font. You will just need to play with the settings until you are happy with the look of it.

Now merge all, save it and you’re done.
