| Supplies Needed: PSP 9 Animation Shop Tubes of your choce Background of your choice. VanDerLee Unplugged-X (this is a paid filter) Eye Candy 5 Impact - Glass (optional) my "window pane" tube Font of your choice Ok Grab your drink and your snack and let's get Busy! lol :) Open your tubes and background and duplicate them (shift+D) and close out the originals 1. open a new transparent canvas of 500 X 500 2. go to selections ~ select all now activate your background tube/image and copy it, now make your canvas active and paste it into selection. Select none. 3. Now highlight the tube that you want to use for behind the blinds, and copy it, now paste it onto your canvas as a new layer and move it to where you want it. 4. Make the "Window Pane" active and copy it and paste it onto your canvas as a new layer. 5. Now add your text and watermark to a new raster layer. 6. now add a new raster layer rename this layer to "Blinds"( we are going to leave this layer alone for now.) the next step is optional if you dont want a framed look you dont have to do it. 7. add a new raster layer, go to selections ~ select all ~ modify ~ contract 15 pixals, then go to slections ~ invert now grab your flood fill tool, and flood fill the inside of the selection with a color that will match your tag. Now i added the glass effect, you can use inner bevel if you wish. 8. Now make the tube that you want on the outside of the blinds active, and copy it, then activate your canvas and paste it as a new layer. 9. Go to image ~ resize now resizr your canvas to 325 X 325 pixals Make sure that all layers are checked 10. now activate the layer we named "blinds". Go Effects Vanderlee ~ Unplugged X Now in the list on the right hand side find the one that says Jalusi ... Now My settings are below, The only one that you will have to adjust is the color of the blinds, so that way they will match your tag. 11. Now right click and copy merged. And paste your tag over into AS as a new animation. 12. Now back in PSP click your undo button, and repeat step 10 but change the blind opening to 20, now repeat step 11 but paste it after current frame. 13. Now you are going to repeat steps 11 and 12 untill the blinds are open all of the way, increasing the open blind setting by 10 each time. untill you get to 90. then over in AS go to edit ~ select all .... edit ~ copy now on a blank area in AS paste as a new animation. 14. now go to edit ~ select all .... animation ~ reverse frames..... edit select all ... edit ~ copy 15. now on your original animation ... the one where you didn't reverse the frames.... click your last frame. right click ~ paste after current frame. 16. now if you wish to slow the animation down, go to edit ~ select all .... animation ~ frame properties and the higher the number the slower it will open and close. i set mine to 30. But i also set the first and last frames to 60 and frame 9 to 90 animate it and save it and you're done!! |
