Supplies needed:
Paint Shop Pro 8, 9, 10
Animation Shop
Supply Folder
Eye Candy 4000 (Optional)

1. Open the supplied tubes and duplicate them and close out the original ones.

2. Open a new transparent canvas 600 X 500 (don't worry we will resize it later)

3. Now set your background color to #edbdb6, and flood fill your canvas.

4. Highlight the tube titled Susan T 2011 and copy it and paste it onto your canvas as a new layer, and move it to the upper right hand corner. Now set the blend mode to Luminance (L)

5. Now highlight the NY skyline tube and copy it, now paste it onto your canvas as a new layer, Now move it to the left and set the blend mode to: Luminance (L)

6. Now highlight the girl tube and copy, and paste her onto your canvas as a new layer. and place her to the right hand side of your canvas.

7. Now add your text and watermark, I used the font Starstruck it is enclosed in the supply folder. I also added a glass effect to mine using EC 4, this is optional.

Now merge all

Now resize your canvas to 350 X 292 pixels (All Layers checked)

8. Right click on your tag and copy. now go over to AS and paste it as a new animation. open the stars that is in the folder, highlight your tag and duplicate it so you will have 4 frames.

9. Now highlight the stars, go to edit ~ select all edit ~ copy

10. Now make your tag active... go to edit ~ select all edit ~ paste into current frame. And place it up near the top of the twin towers. now repeate this step but put the stars below the others

Now animate it and save it and you're done!
